One year hiatus

Hello there!

It has been quite some time. Over a year to be exact. A lot has happened in that year.

To briefly summarize:

1. In December 2012, I officially graduated & received my diploma via mail.
2. In January - February, I finished up the transcription work I contracted to do with Dr. Trieu.
3. In early February, Matthew and I flew to Cancun, Mexico, where we celebrated the marriage of my best friend, Margarita, and her (now) husband, Karim. I had the honor of being one of her bridesmaids and also serving as a witness at her church ceremony.
4. In late February, I started a job at an awesome startup company - Urbio.

...And my life has been pretty insane since (I will go into more detail about my work later) - hence the one year blogging hiatus.

One of my many goals for 2014 is to learn to more efficiently manage my time, allowing time to pursue creative interests & hobbies, like blogging.
